650 mm Stay profile for solar panel | Adjustable 25 mm lever fitting

This 650 mm stay profile is a variant of our standard solar panel stay. It features the same Adjustable NOA fitting, but with the standard knob replaced by a lever.

While manual tightening is used for both our knob and lever fittings, this version is specifically designed to be more practical and easy to use when combined with our Stanchion Solar Panel Mounting Kit. Together, they offer a highly functional solution for mounting and adjusting solar panels on your boat’s stanchions.

Important installation instructions:
Always mount the adjustable fitting onto the tube before tightening the lever. The tube provides the necessary counter-support for the fitting.

Tightening the lever without the fitting being mounted on a tube can cause uneven load on the components. This may lead to deformation of the fitting and increased stress on the threaded rod and aluminium parts, which can affect function and durability.

Ensure that all fittings are correctly positioned on the tube before applying final tightening.
